  • Oatmeal… I put some cinnamon in it, and spread fruit flavored greek yogurt on top. It holds me until lunch no problem. Edit- sometime I put a banana instead of yogurt.
  • This is definitely a “after I reached my goal” treat only… But you must try their Cotswold Double Gloucester (Cheese) with onion and chives. Put it in an omelet (egg whites only :) . It is AMAZING!! Or just plop it on a cracker, you can’t go wrong.
  • I take the plain Greek yogurt and mix Ms. Dashes southwest Chipotle with it (let stand in fridge for an hour) to make a dressing for my “taco” salad… Yum!
  • You did the same thing I did – sucked all the air out of the package. I guess this is what causes them to go mushy (I was watching the cooking channel one day). Next time I’m going to try and leave some air…
