Congratulations!!!!!! You are such an inspiration. You have worked so hard and come so far. I am only 6lbs away from being half my weight (and my ultimate goal weight) and after reading your story it just gives me even more determination to get there!

Vegan, Vegtarian etc. does not automatically = thin or healthy. Same as thin does not always = healthy. People need to focus on health rather a size or shape.

I have a Fiber One Protein bar every morning and usually a Fiber One Cinnamon Coffee Cake for a snack and I don't have any issues. I do drink lots of water though.

You may be looking for more, but people really underestimate the power of walking, even slow walking over time with produce results. I know for me I hated to exercise, would never have stepped foot in a gym, but just started out with some slow walks in a local park and once it gets easier you can up the pace and distance.

I tried many and then found SkullCandy Fix (in ear bud type). They make two kinds of the Fix line the round large kind and the in ear bud kind where you can change the size of the rubber bud, the one's with the rubber bud are awesome, never have an issue, sound is great and they never ever fall out or move.

Losing and maintaing weight takes work. Once you reach your goal you can't just stop exercising or eating right and think you will maintain it, try starting to exercise again, it may help, plus it keeps you healthy!
