  • I put on 12lb in 9 days by starting to exercise....the scale is just a number. Take pics and measurements fortnightly/monthly. Read up on water retention and exercising, and dont be put off by it. You can add me if you want...i'm 5 4, 179lbs.. :) But not for long :)
  • I had zumba kinect......i didn't like it. It said you were doing it right, even if you were totally off, i took it back and brought biggest loser....the next day, i could barely move. Lol!! The woman in blockbuster said loads of people had brought the kinect Zumba game back.

  • Whenever i start exercising, i put on weight.....which i am doing now......scales will be going in the loft and i will start taking pictures. That is an amazing difference in 2 weeks. Your hips and stomach have both shrunk. I spend far too much time worrying about how many pounds i'm going to lose!!! Thanks for the post :)
