I am a per diem OT and brain injury specialist in a small hospital. I also home school my 6yo daughter. I care for my disabled brother. I help take care of my grandchildren when my daughter is in school. In my spare time, I raise chickens and teach CPR & BLS.

I raise chickens and eat a lot of eggs. I do not have a cholesterol problem. Flax seed is good for reducing "bad" cholesterol and raising the "good". I sprinkle it on a lot of my food, it probably helps to keep it in check.

I hear ya! i know exactly what you mean. I have to force myself to walk away. I home school my daughter, so that is motivation. Especially when she says, "Are we going to get back to school?", after lunch is over.
