Blood test coming up and I want to see a decrease in my LDL from my last test. Also would like to break into the 170's, which should be a good side effect from lowering my cholesterol.

I agree on wondering why we have friends. The old format allowed for interactions and encouragement daily. When we posted our diary and accomplishments, all our friends saw them and could react. Why was it changed? CONGRATS on the weight loss. Keep up the good work. I'm glad you posted this.

Hello, I am back too. I have been off my fitness pal for about 2 years. In that time I have gained close to 20 pounds. Time to get back on track....we've got this!

Maybe you could think about biking. I don't run, but I do like to bike. It would be fun. I am in Southern Maine.

I don't have any recipes, but I do have ideas. Fruit tends curb my cravings. If you like whipped cream, then fat free would be good on top. Also, if I don't have anything munchy around, I drink calorie free juice to satisfy my sweet tooth. I also make my own fruit smoothies in the blender, they are healthy and sweet. I…

The older the Mother, the greater the potantial for life threatening problems, and birth defects. Michelle is almost 45 years old. I agree she should think about the consequences of her actions a little more. However, people have free will and free choice, even though the decisions some people make are not the best.
