Made my goal with today's weigh-in! I started at 206 and am at 201 now - so close to being under the 2's. :grumble: But I'm gonna keep pushing the rest of the month and break through!0

I keep forgetting whether weigh-in for this group was Friday or Monday and I'm sure someone's told me once, but I joined that many weigh-in's to motivate me to lose each week I can't remember which is which now... lol! :noway:
Anyway I weighed yesterday on wii fit quick weigh and it told me I had lost 3lbs but couldn't quite believe it, today I got on digital scales and it said I was 10st 11.. had to get on and off 3 times to check and still got it.. so yeah.. i lost 3lbs!!! now 151llbs! first time for years I've been 10st something!! :happy:
Just weigh in once a week and it doesn't matter what day. We are a very laid back group here to listen, help and support. Whatever day fits your needs best is the best day to weigh in. : )0 -
I have not been loosing any weight, still 153. It's because I'm replacing the fat with muscle! Which is a good thing but it looks like I want be loosing that 5 pounds0

OMG!!! I can not believe that I am in the 160's!! I have not been here since 2007!! And that is when I was on my way up!! LOL!! What a great feeling... It's about to be my TOM so I hope that I can finish this month at 169.

Woke up this morning on actual weigh in day and got 151.4!!!!! Is anyone else's weight loss similar to mine? I always see to plateau for a few weeks, then I have a week of a small loss, and then bam... I will end up with like a 2 lb week... and plateau all over again.... Just curious if that happens to anyone else out there...0 -

at least Im finally maintaining. I recently quit buying and drinking up to 5 cans of pepsi a day and Im doing a great job. I have only had 3 cans of soda since wednesday and on friday I went on a date with hubby so I did have a 32 oz and some popcorn.
After I didn't have soda for 2 days I lost 2 pounds but after a weekend of bad food at work and my date I gained them back but im confident for this week.0 -

Happy Thanksgiving All!! Don't stress over calorie counting today. Watch your portions, do the best you can, but more importantly, enjoy the time you get with your loved ones. You can always exercise off the extra calories, but some of our families are only in town for a few days, enjoy that time while can.0

Hello everyone. Hope your month is going well. Mine has been crazy and I have not checked in here very often this month. I have been busy sewing costumes for the church Christmas program (1 wiseman and Joseph left) That has take up a lot of free time and my daughters swim club is hosting a big meet this week so the board of directors (I am the volunteer coordinator) has been working extra hard plus we are panning the concession stand for the high school boys home meets. We work a lot of hours to help keep rates down for our families.
I also had minor surgery on my foot but should be back walking on the treadmill next week.
Here is the thread for December's challenge. Hopefully I see everyone there and that I have time to check in more often.
