    can't remember weigh-in day for this challenge!! .. as it sun, mon or fri???

    Goals for November:
    Oct 30: 178.5 (actual)
    Nov 6: 177.5 (goal) No change. Still at 178.5.
    Nov 13: 176.5 (goal)
    Nov 20 175.5 (goal)
    Nov 27 174.5 (goal)
    Dec 4 173...

    I was down to 176 earlier this week. Is this a temporary blip?

    Battle of the scales begins in earnest!

    The 'edit' has gone off my previous post now??.. I was going to add I'm 11st 2 (156lbs) if weigh-in is today or tomorrow (can't see me been any lighter by tomorrow).. if its Friday I'll come back if I'm lighter on friday... lol! :laugh:

    Hi Shakybabe, I´m sure it´s Monday weigh ins so I´m trying to be good today in the hope that I´ll have lost some weight when I weigh in tomorrow, everything crossed lol :flowerforyou:

    ok thanks... sun is my high cal & rest day.. with cooked breakfast (bacon roll or scrambled egg on toast) and sunday dinner so I'll take my sunday morning weight... lol!! :wink:

    Weighed myself again, and was down to 177.5. Weighed myself twice, and it was firm. So I guess I did meet my target after all. Yipee!

    Posting a little early to account for my personal official weigh in :)

    Nov 8 ----> 134.5

    Nov 29 --> Goal: 132

    Weigh in 11/6 : 135.0

    Had to weigh in a day early because I'm working and studying today and cannot get to my scale, but I have been naughty and eating bad take out meals, but in smaller sizes. Instead of eating an adult McDonalds meal, I'll have a kids meal lol. Hopefully it doesn't throw me off too much, but being out of the house all day makes it hard . I'm currently eating a piece of Matzah with peanut butter on it :) Much better than white bread.

    I dont know what the hell is going on I stayed below my calorie intake and worked out this week

    Looks like lots weigh in on different days. I'm still planning to keep with Tuesdays, so my results will be a tad late.:smile:

    Mine is set at 6, but my goal is 5. According to mfp i should loose 6 by the end of the month! So I hope that is what I can do!
