I stopped drinking diet coke only to start drinking sprite zero. I gave up all caffeine. Lately I have started having a 20 oz bottle of caffeine free diet coke. I feel much better when im not having any type of soda. It sucks but im cutting them all out this time.

I am on lvl 2 day 3. The first day i did it was very difficult, but I just took a few seconds to breathe and went right back to it. It depends on how well you take care of your skin, and how fast you lose weight. If you drink lots of water, use lotion, take vitamins, and eat a healthy diet your skin should keep its elasticity. Just finished day 9...already feeling a little anxious about level 2. So far I have had a little knee pain, not enough to make me stop though.
