This is wonderful.... loved the video!

Oh gosh! I can totally relate to this! ^

I haven't started running yet because I'm scared. This post gave me a little more confidence to start. Thank you.

There's plenty of us here on MFP with little to no support and we are doing it - so can you! You are all you need to make a positive change in your life. :) Just keep your head up and stay focused... you will see results if you stick with it!

I didn't used to, but I'm nursing now... and it gets ugly if I don't wear one to bed ;)

Stretch marks are hereditary. While staying moisturized is important for your skin, there are no lotions or creams that will get rid of stretch marks. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Save your money... or go the more invasive route and talk to a cosmetic surgeon about options they might have. Or learn to tolerate the…

Weigh and record daily. I like to see how what I'm doing affects my weight in the progress report. Keeps it in perspective for me. However, I keep my settings for checking in private so I don't annoy others.

Sometimes. I try to get at least 20-60 minutes a day, but there are weeks where I might take a couple of days off. Every now and then one of those days off lands on a cheat day. I try to think of calorie consumption as a weekly goal, rather than a daily one. [edited for spelling]

I don't know why but when I think of zombie apocalypse, my first urge is to stock up on water. Even though my house would be a terrible fortress. We're good on guns! Could probably use more ammo. As far as baby carriers go, I really like the Moby wrap. My boobs are too big for the sling we have and she gets really…

I usually up my calories 200-300 on a cheat day, usually once a week. Sometimes twice, or I might skip a few weeks. It's really more of a drive to eat more than it is to purposefully spike my metabolism. I listen to my body, and respond accordingly. Personally, I think if a 2 lb gain is your biggest fear, you should just…

I do the same cardio pretty much every workout (elliptical or a video). To keep from getting bored I play with my ipod... sometimes I might play each song for only a minute, and staying focused on each minute makes it go by faster (I listened to 70 songs in one workout... whoa!) or I do intervals... I'll give everything…

Bahaha! Winning

I'm naturally a little on the modest side when it comes to compliments of any kind. But I think if I didn't ever hear one compliment about the weight I've lost I might be a little sad. Damned if I do, damned if I don't. :)

Tuna-wiches: 2 cans Tuna + 1/2 cup ketchup + 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, baked on whole grain hamburger buns for 5-10 minutes @ 350. Yeee-ummm! OR not so diet-friendly: Mac & Cheese + cream of mushroom + tuna + can of peas.... oh my!

"People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well neither does bathing - That's why we recommend it daily" - Zig Ziglar

Oh my gosh... this is an amazing transformation for just one month!! Thank you for posting this... motivation is something I struggle with daily, and this is enough to last me a week :) You look beautiful! Keep going!

I'm wondering if you need all of these vitamins? It is recommended to not take vitamins unless you're not getting enough of a specific nutrient. Same goes for multivitamins. I would aim to try to get these nutrients from your diet, then you wouldn't have to worry about the extra calories from the capsules. Best of luck

I started working out at home doing the same thing... watching Lost and Desperate Housewives on Netflix while I worked out on our elliptical machine. Then I bought a HRM and paid attention to what I was burning. Then I tried listening to music... BAM! I unintentionally burned almost twice as many calories that I was used…

Nicely done! I'm with you there... I'm quite fond of food.

I want in on this :) I have 30DS and Shred it with weights. I might alternate the two.

My husband and I recently invested in a fancy shmancy new fridge and I swear it keeps food 5x as long as our old one did. My old fridge used to keep blueberries for 3 days before they'd spoil... now they last a couple of weeks. We also freeze a lot of our meals that we make from produce as well. Which is a double win -…

No tanning bed is safe for your skin. True story. I like spray tanning, if any at all, because it is safe. But you can get good and bad spray tans. If they offer different levels of spray tanning, I would go with the most natural or you might walk out of there looking like an oompa loompa. Ask the tanning salon for special…
