I'm 5'3'' and currently 143 -- trying to reach one goal at a time. So right nowmy goal 1 is 140, then goal 2 is 135, etc until I reach somewhere around 129 with muscle, none of that flab. haha :smile:

I'm in a size US 8 right now and occasionally some 6's but ideally I would love to be between 4-6 :)
