I had a loss this week 180.2. I didn't eat that great though.. me and my roommate are doing this 7 day cleanse thing this week and then I'm gonna eat as clean as I can on a college students budget haha but I'm hoping this cleanse will be the kickstart I need to start eating better! well pretty embarrassed of my weight this morning but posting it any ways.. 182.4 thats a gain of 3.4 :noway: i ate kinda bad this week but i didnt think it was that bad and i worked of 5 days this week so im hoping that this gain is water weight from TOM! UGH but kicking it in high gear this week!

not doing too great this week still have been working out about an hour or more a day but not eating as good. went out for drinks last night but only had one so that cut back on calories :) and now I have TOM and I'm going out on saturday night for a friends birthday! AHHH so i feel like this next weigh in wont be so good…

Well weighed in this morning at 181 :grumble: i think its because i drank last night and am feeling all bloated because i weighed myself saturday and i was 180 but oh well i know i have been eating well and i excersized for at least an hour 5 days this week. so its a new week next week, just gotta keep on truckin! yeah i do spin at least 3 times a week and i LOVE it!! it is a really tough workout but really you can make it as hard as you want it to be by changing your resistance. my advice is definately bring a water bottle and your butt will kill after the 1st time but after a couple more times you wont even notice! :) im actually…

i started the C25K program today, was gonna go to spin but it got canceled :( then i came home and shoveled the driveway! going to spin and lifting wieghts tomorrow! glad to hear everyones work outs went good today! :flowerforyou:

i have the easy tones and i think that they work! i wear them walking around campus! i can kinda feel it when im just walking normally but if im walking fast or going up hill i can really FEEEL THE BUUUURN!

i watched this too! it was very shocking that part i thought was most shocking was that after eating that much in one sitting you are 4 times more likely to have a heart attack then you are right before you strated eating the meal!! :noway:

ive been working out everyday this week even though i've been really stressed about test which is really good for me! i usually just stop working out when i get stressed but working out actually makes me feel better and gives me more energy to study! :D

HAHAHAH! i love that! we know who you are! haha YAY! im totally in of course :D For those of you who dont know what it is it is a jillian micheals work out video called 30 day shred! if you dont have it you can pick it up at walmart i think it was only like 10 bucks and i have heard AMAZING things about it!
