I'm also in!! :D

Ugh. Canna shrink it on my iPod. Lol.

Sadly, I am such a person also. Just recently I am starting to lose the fat from my belly (and I am 165. Started at 200+). I mostly lost a lot from my chest and arms and thighs but even so, my belly was bulging and still is. But I guess now that I've hit this weight, it's coming off my belly. The way I did so was by…

^^^ The latter says it all. :3

You are not going to tone up with that deficit. Before you start, find out how much you need to eat to maintain your weight. After you figure that number out, you will need to figure out how much protein you need to eat depending on your statistics and increase it. You should do more lifting/calisthenics more than running.…

I would suggest increasing your calorie intake. Bump it up by 200 calories for now. That is what I did and I unplateaued. :3 Perhaps it can increase your weightloss but it will give you more energy. I'm no profession. This is a mere suggestion that has worked with me. It may or may not work for you.

@Soccermom: Thank you! I must say, your words truly warmed my heart. I never really had a mother, or a father (had to grow up on my own) and I can feel the motherly love from you. Thank you! Truly, thank you. I have tears in my eyes. @Cinder: Thank you for your kind words also. I'll definitely do that! I already know what…

Won't be able to weigh in this week. My scale ran out of batteries and I'm broke (went on a bit of a shopping spree for goal clothes--I almost have an entire new wardrobe ready for when I reach my final goal). Should be able to buy batteries by next week and weigh in. :3
-
To those that cannot break their plateau, try eating more calories. Like 200 more. It's worked for mex might work for you
-
I have broken my plateau! I weighed in at 169.6! That is a 1 lb loss :3
-
I've been struggling a bit with plateauing. Can't seem to reach the 60's but I increased my calorie intake and it seems to slowly be pushing me out of it.
-
Holy moly. You. Look. Hot! Great job!

Don't know if you got my message for fixing the mistake in the google docs (it had been an .8 lb gain, not 1.2) Nonetheless. I am now 170.6)

I like to make buffalo chicken breasts that are far healthier. Coat a lb of chix breasts in a tbsp of olive oil (good quality), then coat them in seasoned oat flour (1/2 cup of oat flour, 1 tsp of cayenne, 1/2 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of chili flakes; you can adjust the chilies to your taste). Preheat oven at 400 degrees, bake…

I began to do the 30 day shred and had a bit of a gain: 171.6. I am in no way bummed. I feel a huge difference with my clothes (they fit looser). I don't expect the scale to mce much but that's fine. :3

No damage will be done. You will just be increasing your activity level a lot and that means, you will burn a lot more calories, therefore, you need to eat more to keep your body from starving and burning muscle instead of fat.

I like making a macaroni tuna salad out of it. Just cook some macaroni pasta, add mayo, the tuna and some boiled egg in. You can vary the ratios of mayo, tuna and Mac to whatever you want and you can add whatever you want. It's very versatile. You can also use whatever pasta you want. I love using tricolor rotini. it…

Try Zwow from Zuzana (was original co-founder of Bodyrock.tv but ever since she left, bodyrock is not the same anymore). The youtube channel for Zuzana: youtube.com/Zuzkalight Her workouts are short, use very little to no equipment and are intense!

Awesome!

Bump. >_>

I would suggest you do some strength training to tone up. And I don't mean bulking up but toning up as in becoming firm. That will reduce your body fat % and possibly make you lose an inch off your waist (but your weight will increase--muscle weighs more than fat!).
-
My last weigh in was 170.8. That's a 1.6 lb loss. :D
-
It actually depends on your weight. Those that are much much heavier tend to lose more weight than those that are under the 200 lb range. Otherwise, if you're under the 200 lb range, losing 12 lbs is unhealthy (you'd be losing muscle mass with it).
-
Wow. Amazing! You are truly an inspiration! Great work! You got this!
-
You are either: A.) Gaining muscle or B.) Dealing with water retention. Reduce your sodium intake but your muscles must be waking which retains some fluids. Give your body a while to catch up :3
-
We got this, Guuurrlll. :3
-
Thank you! ^__^

Latest weigh in was 172.4. That is a loss of a lb or so this week. :3 Been getting back on track with exercising, a bit at a time. The cold I caught totally threw me off course an I struggled to run 2 miles (I was able to run 5.5 before). XD oh well. Nothing is ever easy.

Let's see: 1. Little black dress 2. Lingerie 3. Sexy femme fatale items. *o*

I'll do Robin! I would go for The Hulk but since I'm recovering from being ill, I'm taking it slow and steady. Cleaning the house and doing some light calisthenics to get my muscles active again should do the trick. :3
