Hey :) i was once 5 kilos (11 pounds) away from my goal until i stopped the gym and eating healthy and gained back about 22 pounds now im back and looking to loose atleast 33 pounds, hopefully closer to 40 pounds but !!

yes i know its number and once i get close i tend to not worry about it :) its just the fact it came back.. once i got within 5 kilos of my goal weight i started making other goals such as running for 30 minutes straight (which as also dropped to 15 minutes now :() i know this sounds like a sob story but just need advice…
