  • Great Post Dave! I will not be a slave to the scale. I hope that Friday will show the numbers loss.. but I feel so much better internally for the way I have been eating and reducing the garbage in my diet! Everyone keep up the great work!
  • This is a great site. Opening your eyes to what you eat is an important step. It is really all about what you put into your body. I have 3 kids and it helps that you include them completely in what you do... and teach them all about nutrition as you are learning. Good luck!!
  • I really like a Thomas Bagel Thin with some hummus and cucumber slices maybe a bit of lettuce. Delicious!
  • Vegetable protein is SO much better for you than animal protein. I think that is why you hear that you shouldn't be drinking cow's milk. I really like Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk... and only 40 calories per serving!
