  • I love both, depends on the teacher! I do Zumba and Bokwa both in Southampton and Bristol both great classes, but I feel the burn more with Bokwa! Bokwa is breaking out down south too, I recently went to a huge 2hr launch night in Southampton with 100 participants, it was great fun :D
