WTG on your loss! I thought my scale was broken!!! But I confirmed it with the gym scale and they are always the same! Lol! But you are right...it really does not matter. It's seems so counter-intuitive (to me at least) that you can get smaller but not lose weight.

Thanks! I really mix it up but have increased my weight training. I do a mix of Zumba, 30Day Shred, elliptical trainer, stationary bike (to get rid of the booty), mat Pilates, p90x strength training, and a lot of classes offered by my gym (kickboxing, step aerobics, strength training classes). It's definitely lifting…

I'm proud that I listened to my body and didn't do a 2nd round at the gym to day. I worked out this morning, took a ridiculous nap and then just p90x Stretch tonight. I kinda felt guilty and lazy but I'm learning that resting and stretching are a part of fitness...so that's what I did.

I do ALL the time. And since I've found MFP I eat it out of my measuring tumbler (for shakes) or my Pyrex cup! Gotta be accurate with the calories!

Since January 1st (10 weeks) I've lost 24 pounds. I use a precor elliptical for an hour most days and a minimum 30 min. I also to strength training and Zumba 3x week.
