  • I just made this today: 1/2c cooked quinoa 1/4c fat free feta 1 egg 1/4c egg white I mixed all that up and turned it into 2 burger patties and cooked them up on a skillet. I at it with a sandwich thin, laughing cow spreadable cheese, spinach, and roasted red peppers :) SO GOOD
