Win. 100% approve of this.

Its generally accepted MFP's recommendations are bogus too lol. Extended periods of hypocaloric dietary habits have severe metabolic and hormonal disruption. Lesson learned the hard way.

^I associate this with many positive personality traits. BTW, that picture is AWESOME!

Im in the gym to raise hell and lift heavy not look pretty. That's what photo shoots are for. My girl should have the same mentality. We can socialize at happy hour.... in the meantime there's work to be done.

It would help if you tell us what book.

Pants are harder when your waist is only 28" with 21" quads. Your hair is lovely as well :)

Looks kinda like my cousin.

Calories too low. Adjust to 1600-1800. Depends how active you are.
-
And I'm in competition prep :( I'm just missing out on everything this round. Whatever, I look like a Greek God.
-
Intensity always. I love lifting heavy but I want to be in and out. Why spend 3 hours doing something that can be done in 45-60 minutes? Same goes for cardio.

Subbed for photos. PM's welcomed.

1) I live/work in NYC - we're too tired and stressed out for Friday nights. Save yourself for raging on Saturday. 2) I have so much work to do on new clients I'm booked for the weekend 3) Competition Prep - I lack the energy to stay up past 12. lol

This. Water weight fluctuates 5lbs daily considering composition of the human form is 70% water. Lower carb and sodium intake, drink more water, eat some asparagus. It goes away in a day.

Medium Chain Triglycerides are a category of saturated fats with hydrocarbon chains 6-10 carbons in length. MCT's metabolize very quickly in the liver and hit the system pretty quickly as an energy source to increase energy expenditure via beta-oxidation of free fatty acids and use of ketone bodies. You won't feel the same…

A head of cauliflower steamed and mashed, 4tbsp of my own homemade pesto with oregano, nutmeg, and sour cream. Bangin. My favorite dessert: 2cups fat free cottage cheese mixed with 1 scoop chocolate whey 1oz walnuts 200g mixed berries slightly microwaved to let juices out and drizzled over top Or anything with tons of fat…

as you should be

Cals too low. Try a tbsp of coconut oil 25m prior to running. And go lift weights.

Good analogy. This concept came around I think 20-30 years ago by some no name dietician claiming that we need to eat based on our blood type. There is no, I repeat, zero scientific evidence anywhere that supports these claims. In addition, all medical professionals quickly dismissed this is as illegitimate because of…

Im not familiar with 5:2 what is that. Like 5 days regular eating, 2 days fasting 24 hours? Sounds like Brad Pilon method. I can do a day - 2 days I feel like **** and start losing lean body mass. Strength is in the pits. Normal I do a daily fast: 20hours with 4 hour feeding. Im back on the 6-meal plan for a little but I…

No, because America wants magic pills that stick to the claim "If I take this I'll have six pack abs in a week while eating potato chips and no exercise." Supplementation does work...as a 'supplement' to diet and training.

Yeah but you can still find MS as a single item and stack if you want. I ran the original AT2 and the reformulated, the original was better obviously.. This is good by comparison.

PM me if you want more detailed info I'll point you in the right direction.

True. So is Clen lol. Fat Free by Applied Nutriceuticals = good stuff. OxyElitePro, now off the market due to DMAA, made my d*ck limp. GAT JetFuel is a safe bet and they make pyro for stim sensitive people I'm currently using Hyper T2: 3,5 Diiodo L-thyronine+ rauwolcine FTW!

My post workout/final meal is usually something like this: 10 oz chicken w/ 2 cups steamed vegetables 2 sweet potatos with cinnamon and a little butter 2c cottage cheese mixed with a scoop of chocolate whey with 1oz walnuts and 200g mixed berries Wash it down with 2 scoops whey, ice, and 1c greek yogurt mix.

I read up on Belviq. Terrible idea. Why not just eat right and exercise? Green Tea Extract, ALCAR, caffeine in moderation, B vitamins, naringin, methylsynephrine, PEA alkaloids. The ephedra/caffeine/aspirin stack will never be defeated though. Best ever. Cheap and effective.

Oh this topic. Yes, there are weight loss pills/fat burners/energy boosters. Yes, they can be helpful.... BUT If your diet sucks and your training isnt adequate youll just be burning your wallet. There is no magic pill that will ever replace hard work and dedication. Period. I know a number of good products and what to…

You know I just read about this today and started scratching my head on my own caffeine intake. It's different between individuals but never thought of it to hinder. If sodium is a concern to you then yes, otherwise dont worry about it.

Protein Power is usually the first book I recommend Side note: favorite documentary ever = Bigger, Faster, Stronger.

Awesome - we need people like you here. Question; I fast 20 hours a day and consume all my calories in a 4 hour window. What's your thoughts on this?
