My goal is 28 (Now 27 pounds away) so I think this will give me the extra kick I need to lose that remaining weight. :D I am in.

I personally don't eat all mine back because I am full eating what I do I can't imagine eating 800-1000 more calories a day anymore.

Are you guys getting enough fiber? If not I would try that and dairy if your diet allows them. Both help you to become more "regular". :)

I have the same issue. I normally just pick a time and stick with it for roll over. I feel consistency is your best friend. I do mine at midnight because I don't sleep much and that is a good marker for me to remember.
