  • Green tea and CLA is recommended by Dr. Oz. I am trying that out, even though I had the CLA before he started promoting it. I have baby weight and belly fat to get rid of too!
  • When you sign up for MFP, you can input your goal and it will determine how many calories a day you should be at to lose X amount of weight. Did you see that when you signed up? I plugged in 2lbs a week as my goal, and it gave me a calorie goal of 1210 calories a day, and I'm at 221lbs.

  • Martha- I think 10lbs is possible but you'd definitely have to keep an eye out on everything you eat and increase the exercising you do! You have 5 weeks so you'll need to lose 2lbs a week. Good luck! Thx everyone for their posts.
