Love this. 1. I don't feel physical effort just getting off the couch. 2. I love feeling my new muscles and seeing definition. 3. More energy! 4. The best feeling I have to say is just feeling accomplished, that I'm doing something consistently meaningful. I love myself more each day for going to that class, finishing that…

Just here to say I hear you. Depression and/or constant sadness sucks. Hugs.

I like the gym because I'm just more motivated there. At home, I can stop easily or I just get lazy. The work put in to getting to the gym (clothes, getting kids ready, $ spent on the gym itself) actually fuels me. I catch people looking which sucks because I know my form may be off and I get self-conscious but it works…

Sending positive vibes your way. Hope it's nothing!

I've been consistent for a while and what makes me stay focused is taking emotions out of decisions that should be constant like going to the gym. I find alternatives to candy and chocolate and remember no food is worth what I felt at my heaviest. I've lost 20 lbs in the last 2 1/2 months by giving everything I have. I…

Have you seen a therapist? I don't know what your problems are so I can't help you but you can message me. I do know you're not dumb and wanting to be better is a start.

I was there! What mind of DVD are you doing? I used to love walking outside and the babies loved it even more. Gotta do what you can to keep sane and sound ;) Good luck and add me if you'd like!

My latest victory is gerring to the gym today when I was exhausted and almost fell asleep right before. And I killed it.

I don't know how helpful this is but I would never be disgusted at someone wearing something they feel is comfortable at the gym. You're there to better yourself and that in itself is awesome. As long as your junk is safely tucked away and doesn't come flying out, you're good.

I can't say I've rolled my eyes at anything a guy wears to the gym. Just be comfortable. Maybe just steer clear of short basketball shorts like from the 80's and you'll be good.

That's 100% your right to do this how you want. Are people just giving unsolicited advice? Shut them down and don't allow their negativity to permeate your mindset. People are annoying!

It definitely is hard. I like to find better options like fiber one bars or low calorie ice cream for sweets. Lean beef for burgers, baked chips, light beer etc. It's not easy but it is what it is and you CAN do it. Add me if you'd like support on your activity feeds! (Goes for anyone ;))

You look interesting and fun.

28 mommy of two. I'm on a roll and love seeing progress in the activity feeds! Good luck to you.

I'm definitely going by how I feel and look. If I hit 170 and feel good, I'm going to try and stay there. If I hit 140 and want to drop another 10, I'll do that. I definitely need to be under 190 though!

Great job!!

Sounds like your body is adjusting to the shifting hormones. Your weight may fluctuate as well. I'd check in with a doc just to make sure though. Hormonal contraceptives are really tricky.
