  • Level 1 Day 4 for me today. A reminder on my phone went off at about 9 this morning to remind me to work out and I'd already gotten it done an hour before. Felt good! :)

  • How long ago was your knee surgery? The workout is pretty active, lots of squats, lunges, jumping jacks, etc. The only equipment you need are a set of small hand weights (2.5-5lbs) :)
