I too am attracted to a more "chubby" type of guy. That being said.....I would never disagree with what a doctor says, especially when there are health issues to consider. What does your doctor say is a good weight for you? If he agrees with 190 then I say go for it and tell your girlfriend to deal with it.

100 calorie popcorn is my usual go to in the evening. Sometimes I do a cheese stick. If I have a lot of calories left I do pretzel crisps and a laughing cow cheese wedge.

Go Google "10 minute walks". It brings up numerous websites that tout that any kind of exercise is good for you. Your doctor is wrong that it is doing you no good. Go to your settings and change your goal to maintain your weight instead of lose weight. It should set your calories accordingly

I got a sapphire birthstone ring one year for my birthday from my (now ex) boyfriend. The problem you ask? Sapphire is September's birth stone. My birthday is in April. I found out later it was a ring he had orignally bought for a previous girlfriend and they broke up she gave it back to him.....not impressed.

Do you adjust the machines for weight and age and sex? If you don't they default in for a skinny 35 year old. I have found once I make sure to do that the calorie counts on MFP are pretty close.

Is the 1200 net calories including eating back your exercise calories? If you are are eating 1200 and then exercising 500 off you should be eating 1700 calories per day. If you aren't, you are only getting 700 net calories and your body will go into starvation mode.
