Three things can be happening: 1. If you are drinking more water output will of course increase. 2. If you have started eating foods with less sodium you could be flushing water weight. 3. If you have switched to more fruits and vegetables in your diet they have mroe water in them too.....

Please don't give up!!!! You are definetly on the right track. Are you compensating for your exercise in your daily food intake. I find if I don't eat more on the days I exercise I acutally end up stagnant or gaining weight. Also, it sounds silly but make sure you are drinking plenty of water. That is how your body flushes…

Have you double checked your settings? When I first started, I accidentally answered one of my questions wrong and it scimped me on calories too. Once I double checked that I went back to a more normal count.

This was a problem for me.... My worst was that I was eating 1 apple thinking it equaled 1 serving - well when it is a huge apple it is closer to two servings.

When the person next to me on a cardio machine has their music coming out of their headphones so loud that I can tell what song they are listening to AND I also have to turn my music up so that I don't hear theirs.... Seriously... they are going to be deaf by the time they are 50.

Sweet - Marshmallow Peeps!!! The Easter bunny shaped ones are only 110 calories for four of them!!! or Twizzlers licorice ropes. They are pretty decent for calories too. Salty - Reduced Fat Cheez It Crakers - 29 of them are 130 calories. The new Kellog's crackers and chips are pretty tasty too.
