  • Hey I'm 26 and on here everyday. Feel free to add me. I'm currently doing P90X and loving it. I'm in week 5. I live in a VERY small town that isn't too much into fitness. That's why I love MFP, tons of people to talk to and support and challenge all in one place( that just happens to be Way Bigger than my meager town)

  • That one is my favorite actually haha. I'm doing week 3 day 5 which is Legs and Back with Abs. I hate working out on days that I work (only 2-3 days a week) cause I have a pretty physically demanding job, but not much I can do about that. Hope everyone has a great day!

  • I would have to agree here. I much prefer doing CardioX than yoga. It just really bores the snot outa me and I couldn't be bothered with it. It's also damn hard and the longest I can last doing it is 45 mins. But then guess what....it keeps going on for another 45 mins *snore*
