  • Optimum Gold Standard or if you want flavorless Optimum (On) AnyWhey. If you are looking for a straight-up meal replacement shake Shakeology by Beachbody is still one of the best tasting and most complete shakes you can buy.
  • Shakeology by Beachbody is pricey but worth it. I bought it one month as a flyer and now its a key part of my diet. Won't leave home without it.
  • I know in the P90X Nutrition guide the assumption is that each work out burns about 600 calories. I doubt that's true for stuff like Yoga X or X Stretch but its a decent rule of thumb
