i will try to type my routine in english lol I go to the gym late at night and CARDIO 20 min of jog( treadmill) 4.5 mph 15 min ellipticall 15 min stationary bike AND THEN.... 30 min lifthing weight which is very very important to lose weight so try to buy some light weights ;) I go to the gym 5 to 6 times a week ;)
