  • Biked 354 miles ... I have a goal of 2500 for the year... I need to do 699 miles between now and 12/31!
  • 1 Cup Green Tea 1 Cup fresh baby spinach 1/2 Cup "Matchstick" carrots 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomato 1/4 Cup Apple Juice Put it in a blender until smooth. For a twist I've put in a 1/2 avacado....makes it a little thicker
