You haven't given us much info and your diary is private so it's going to be tough to give you much advice.... What is your daily calories (net) after exercise? It looks like you only joined a few days ago-this will take longer than 4 days. Your profile also says you're 18 and male-changes are your BMR is higher than 1500.…

Even though I'm not a teenager hopefully you'll think about what I have to say: if you haven't already, try buying the small single serve bags of chips and start from there. It will get easier for the cravings. Self control is something that can be learned-the first thing is typically figuring out why you're eating the…

It's probably higher than that-figure out your BMR and TDEE and go from there. If MFP set your goal to 1200 it's thinking you're going to eat back your workout calories since that's how the site is set up so you'd be neting 1200

I don't feel guilty but I get antsy-it's like my body is so used to working out that when I don't, it doesnt know what to do with all that extra energy.

Congrats, you look amazing!

But they might not delete the post if you quote it so post your underwear pics, then quote it later on and you're golden

Wow, I can't get over the difference! You look amazing-you can tell you were happy in that first picture but the smile in the after pictures-they say even more. Amazing story and I'm so glad you're able to be the mom you want to be

You said you warm up but what do you do exactly to warm up?
-
you look amazing, great job!

I agree-sometimes cold turkey is the only way to go. If you can't, another idea is to get gum you can't stand the taste of so then you'll think of gum as "bad" and maybe not want it anymore

Oh...I miss Will and Grace

I always miss the fun stuff-my night is ruined!

I agree-eat more. Specially if you're only getting 800-1000 (and I hope that's at least NET) Also, try weighing yourself less (once a week, or if that's too tough, every few days-sodium and water (or lack there of) will make the scale change. Taking measurements and pictures were 2 of the best things I've done instead of…

If I wasn't at work...I'd take a leg picture (later, I swear!) I love leg day-which luckily for me was this morning

You are amazing! I'm honored to have you on my friends list. For some reason I never realized you've been here so long. You look fantastic!
-
Great job, keep it up! I definitely suggest getting a measuring tape-you'll be so happy you did! Amazon.com has some good ones for cheap-order it now and it'll be here before you know it:smile:

Great thread! HAHA I definitely had one of those days today... I had Subway (which isn't technically bad) but I had an oatmeal cookie on top of my flat bread, then 10 munchkins, a caramel swirl iced coffee (although sadly I only had a little of it, it was way too sweet, I think they put too much caramel in-which is…

Interesting that Best Buy has them out already...I wish I had thought to look last week when I was there. I might have to stop again this weekend, I want the Flex really bad-and it looks like it won't be out through fitbit.com before my Tough Mudder in a month
-
I feel like this today...although my office is on the ground floor and our windows don't open-guess I'll have to run through it instead
-
great job! You look amazing and are doing great!
-

The whole list made me laugh but I almost died when I read this one....yup, I will not give up my running for anything! Even days I lift I leave the gym thinking I wish I had time to run (even though my whole body is screaming at me  )
-
