I have a 13 month old too so I hear you! I do either an english muffin with eggs (I do scrambled in the microwave) or just the scrambled eggs depending on what pre-plan for calories or how hungry I am

For me, no it doesn't matter when I eat fruit (I just need to watch and make sure I don't eat 3 servings worth haha!) plus, fruit even if I go overboard, is way better for me than the ice cream hubby eats....

These are my go to (you can put them in iced coffee too, you just have to mix it a lot more but they still taste good!) Weight Watchers Cafe Creations Also, I like the ones from International Delight too.

EAT MORE. your body is thinking it's not going to get enough food (because it's NOT).
-
I wouldn't count them as steps because you're not actually taking steps to get them...it's great that you're getting some movement in while at your desk but it's not steps.

you'll probably get more replies if you post in the gaining weight forum

Welcome back! I just sent you a FR-hopefully it went through, I've been having issues with it.
-
Congrats!

I never gave up coffee (I'd be a *kitten* if I did!) but I did change what I put in it-zero calorie sugar, lower point creamers, ect.
-
Welcome back! Feel free to add me (for some reason it won't let me add people when I'm on the computer anymore)

PIZZA! I would love either pizza or a burger-but tomorrow is weigh in day so I'll have to wait until afterwards. Although I'm starving today even after eating breakfast and a snack so I'd even take an apple or orange haha

You're not eating enough. Have you found out what your TDEE is? Most people burn a lot more during the day just doing nothing than they think then add in all the workouts you're doing and your body goes into "save me-I'm not getting enough!" Check out your TDEE here:…

It's different for everyone but for myself, I've found if I weigh in weekly it's better than daily (it's too much pressure each day cause it changes a lot for me-my body holds onto sodium like you wouldn't believe!) so I weigh in every Saturday morning before I eat or drink anything.

Were you fitted for your sneakers? If not, I suggest going to a running store and making sure you're in the right type (neutral/stability) and that (should) help with the pain you're feeling.

Congrats!

I used to work out at night too but then found it hard to go all the time (I was tired, I stayed at work 30 minutes later, I had to clean, ect ect) so I switched my workouts to 5am. Like the above people said, it does suck waking up that early but then I have the evenings to spend with my husband. The only time I go after…

Nice job! I went for a run in the morning yesterday-I love seeing the sun as it's rising :)

I had the Charge HR and I loved it. Before that, I had 3 other Fitbits too with no issues. It syncs easily with MFP (although I never did-I liked putting in my workouts myself so I could see them). It synced easily to my phone as well.

It's honestly a personal choice I think-I've had a Fitbit (multiple ones, latest one was the Fitbit Charge HR) as well as Garmin's. Fitbit-loved the ease of the app, customer service was great, never had issues with their products and I had different ones from 2012-2015. Garmin vivosmart and vivoactive-the smart is pretty…

It depends. I guess I'm confused about what exactly you're asking. If you want to be able to have a conversation then yes, slow down. If you want to work on speed, then don't. It sounds like you're worried about time so if you go out for no more than 35 minutes and get your 2.5-4 miles done, I'm not sure what the problem…

I LOVE running in the rain! The only time I don't is if there's thunder or lightening. But there's something (to me at least) so peaceful about running while it's raining. It's almost as peaceful as running in the snow.

Have you used the free personal training at PF yet? Or go to one of their "classes" where the trainer goes over arms, legs ect? When I went to PF that's what I did to get an idea of different workouts so I wasn't so bored with the same old same old. I also just googled workouts for X (arms, back, ect) but having someone…

I wouldn't say I over eat but I will have a bigger than usual meal (or something I normally don't have-like say pizza or chicken pieces) once a week or every other week depending on how I'm feeling/if I want it. I don't over eat to the point of being overly full/sick anymore cause I don't like how I feel. I still could I…

Congrats! That's a great goal! I just ran my first marathon last October. It was a great experience and will be running another one in either 2017/2018. Do you have a marathon picked out yet?
-
I've said it before and I'll keep saying-you look amazing! Congrats!

God luck to your dog-I hope everything works out

Research doesn't mean much unless you get fitted-I work in a running store and no matter how much research you do, you can't get the right shoe unless you've been fitted before. Do you need a neutral shoe? Controlling shoe? support shoe? If you honestly think it's a defeat (and with only a little info as well as no…

I only read a page and a half of replies-so I'm sorry if it's already been asked but have you figured out your TDEE and BMR yet? If you're just going off what MFP says, you may not be eating enough especially for how much you're working out. What does your workout include? Do you have any free weight days or is it all…
-
I work at a running store so I agree with this 100%. Also, get some compression socks or sleeves-they'll work wonders!

I'm a bit confused-why bring this here? Why not just send her a message and ask her? I feel like being the devils advocate here (I have a feeling the post at some point is going to get ugly and then deleted) but she could have been saying something but not wording it correctly or since it is the internet, you could have…
