  • Went into Cherry Berry with my boyfriend and I didn't get or eat anything. Self control ninja skills!
  • Baked/microwave potato. Sprinkle with cheese, melt. Top with black bean and corn salsa...amazing!
  • 1. Egg sandwich with canadian bacon 2. Sourdough wrap with peanut butter, a sliced banana, blueberries and sliced strawberries 3. Overnight oats (old-fashioned oats, flaxseed, greek yogurt, almond milk) with fruit and honey or peanut butter 4. Cereal for when I'm feeling really lazy
  • Sourdough wrap with 2 TBS whipped peanut butter, cinnamon, sliced banana, blueberries and strawberries.....delicious!
  • Pistachios and almonds (even make my own almond butter now), sweet potatoes, black beans, flaxseed, old fashioned oats. eggplant, protein powder and almond milk (I grew up on a farm, so this is kind of sacreligious in my family, but I love it)...I still cannot stand cottage cheese or tuna, but at least I tried!
  • I've had to get all new clothes, which has been both exciting and expensive. I've never been the size I am now, so I still feel a little lost.   • Ran into someone I have not seen in awhile at the gym this afternoon and she didn't even recognize me! =) Plus then I got all my fresh fruits and veggies ready for the week. Cannot wait for the farmer's market so they can be fresh and local!

  • Congrats! I had a similar NSV this morning. I put on pants for work that are 3 sizes smaller than the ones I was wearing this summer. Feels great. =)

  • Weigh less than what it says on my driver's license. Not there yet....apparently I was very generous when I renewed my license this past year. =)
  • Agreed. I sleep better after my evening workouts. I'm not a morning person and struggle to have the same energy for working out in the mornings.
  • My reward was to purchase a new pair of running shoes once I lost 25 pounds. I actually ordered them after about 20 pounds, but couldn't wear them until I reached my goal. It was extra motivation to see them hiding in my closet everyday and not be able to wear them. Once I reach my final goal I am going to get a massage!
