Forgive me MFP for I have sinned. The last two days I've eaten under the "holy 1200cal" and I didn't eat more knowing how eating under that amount can be dangerous blah blah blah, but I wasn't hungry and it was already midnight

There are some Mate blends with a little bit of cocoa and coffee to give you a morning boost. I drink "my morning mate" from teavana so good, and I am the type to NEED morning coffee, so coming from a coffee-holic I totally get the cofftea :drinker:

Feel free to add me. I work out to get toned slowly getting there, my arms are the first to show some shape. My diary is open to friends but it's still a process, trying to eat clean. I 'm slowly learning, so havng other friends do this might make this a better progress

Haha naked, if everything was supported and not jiggling but I like trail runs, it makes me feel as if I'm isolated from the dirty roads, and exhaust. I hate hills- can't get away from them here but they're good for endurance training

Who says you have to eat breakfast foods only in the morning, try eating leftover dinner foods, switch it up there's no rule that says you have to stick to oatmeal and eggs in the AM:bigsmile:

You might be doing too much so that it becomes counterproductive, but don't go by the scale go by the measurements, soon you'll see toning and shape that will show off your hard work

Lies!!!!! There's not much to do here, you have to go outside of the city to do anything: wine tasting-Fredericksburg, water park-Schlitterbahn-New Braunfels, mud runs-outside of Austin, Skydiving and mass outlet shopping- San Marcos. but you have a familly so you won't need go out much. good luck

If I get fast food, I try to leave out half a bun, or try to eat half. I try to get grilled chicken, nothing breaded, and I squeeze off the grease with a napkin, but then I don't try to go over my calorie quota.

I've always been a runner, but it was recently that I started racing and doing long distance runs, I love a cool breeze as I run, and just listening to music during my runs too

Yeah this is a common problem for me especially indian and thai food, I just enter the semi-highest calorie item in the database as a rough estimate of what I ate.

If I just got out of work or from running errands I will work out with makeup because I'm to lazy to wash it off beforehand, whatever, but get all glam to go to the gym--that's what I think is dumb, some people act like it's a night club. I'm there to sweat and get fit, not hook up.
