you'll gain weight if you eat more calories than you are burning so just eat your maintanence calories on days you don't exercise and don't go over that you'll stay the same weight. But of course the body doesn't follow a formula so this is the accepted theory good luck

I try to only drink on weekends. but I don't mind going over calories if it's for a good margarita Yummy!!

I wouldn't say anything, they probably feel guilty eating the extra calories so they add the added exercise calories to minimize the guilt of overeating.

What if you keep your meals the same but eat them later than normal. Eat breakfast at 11 lunch at 3 then dinner by 9 so you won't be eating extra just later

1) a homemade section on the database 2) more restaurant meals. My thai food is hard to find and I doubt it's accurate for each restaurant. 3) notifications on comments or notices for posts made to your homepage or blog I too love MFP btw

I agree with you, especially when I am the one running, but won't it hurt less if I nick you with a handle bar than me getting smushed by a car? I say the benefits outweigh the risk haha

Seriously I AGREE!!! First off it's illegal here for cyclists to use the sidewalk to ride but if you ride on the street you'll most likely get hit. Second, there is only one neighborhood with a bike lane with cars parked on it of course--so what I'm supposed to ride up and down that one street or drive miles away to ride…

I eat before so that way I'm somewhat full and only eat a little of the stuff there. Just be aware of how much you're eating when you're there. Sometimes being with friends you gorge becuase you don't think of how much and what you're eating, if it's healthy or not

No it'll be your pedometer story all over again. Download an app that fits your needs. MapMyFitness if you want to track workouts, and miles etc. Don't waste your money unless your sure

start by adding some veggies to your pasta, or add butter on them. It'll be an acquired taste for you. Try veggie burgers, or start cooking with turkey meats: turkey sausage, pepperoni etc. It's a start but it's hard eating healthy

As long as your in your fat burn zone you should count that time after working out too. I also have a polar HRM but I just stop it after the workout, becuase I want to log in the time working out although obbviously I'm still in the fat burning zone afterwards. I guess just stay consistant if you always wait until your HR…
