I do weight train 3x a week for an hour. I'm considreing getting a personal trainer at my gym to help. I have also tried the HIIT on the treadmill but not consistantly. I might try that again. I was doing it about 1x a week for 30 min but I also did 30min on the Elliptical before it too. Thanks for the suggestions!

Thanks! I wasnt sure if I should try anyhting new because with my luck I would cramp up or feel disgusting on Saturday morning. I usually eat whole wheat toast with PB and banana for breakfast. The run should take me about 50 minutes to an hour to complete and I agree I dont think carb loading is worth it for that short…

Thanks for all the info! I am weight training 3x a week and running about 25 -28 miles a week. I didn't think about the sodium in the popcorn and crackers I eat...I guess I could work on cutting those out. I eat too much fruit to give that up on a low carb diet though. I look forward to my runs now...I didn't at all when I first started about a year ago. The first couple of miles are the hardest and then you get into the run and it just kind of takes over. Does anyone notice that when you eat your calories per day it goes over the points value you should have? I get 1210 calories a day and after earning 700 exercise calories I ate ~1600 calories in a day...this was way over my 26 points on WW. I'm scared to leave WW and just do MFP it seems I am eating more? Any thoughts?
