Weight lifting in a deficit
I already know I can't gain muscle eating in a deficit. My question is while I am eating in a deficit to lose my last 10lbs I'm also weight lifting...what will this do? Should I expect to just get leaner and see my existence muscle and realize I'm not gonna increase it?

What are the benefits of doing cardio before lifting?
I have just recently started a heavy weight training routine...on the days that I do this should I do a little cardio before I start? I see lots of guys doing this at my gym. I do an hour of cardio on my non-lifting days...but should I run for 10-15 minutes prior to weight training too? Thanks!

I am eating about 1300 cals a day - not counting my exercise cals - how do you split up your calories during the day? I am eating about 300-400 cals for breakfast, 200-300 cals at lunch, 200-300 cals for pm snack and 500 cals for dinner. How do you guys split them up?
