I am eating about 1300 cals a day - not counting my exercise cals - how do you split up your calories during the day? I am eating about 300-400 cals for breakfast, 200-300 cals at lunch, 200-300 cals for pm snack and 500 cals for dinner. How do you guys split them up?

Doesn't make any difference to your body. Do whatever works for you.0

It doesn't matter when you eat them, it will have no bearing on weight loss, so eat whenever it works for you. I always do better with a bigger dinner. Did when I was losing, do now that I am maintaining. Generally I eat 300 calories at breakfast, 300 at lunch, 500-800 at dinner and the rest (300-500) gets made up in snacks (nuts, trail mix, yogurt, fruit, etc.). Obviously some days this changes, especially if I go out to eat I will cut down on snacks and bump up that meal's calories., but this is generally how my weekdays look.0
