that stuff is crap. Only ever get peanut butter that is JUST peanut butter in the ingredients.

I actually do it so I feel good about myself and so I am healthy. I'm oblivious to women flirting with me so i don't care. plus i'm taken anyways.

buy a scale. it's worth it. you'd be surprised, probably, on how off you can be when guessing.

i wouldn't increase your powder if you can do it (i know sometimes it's hard). It's called a SUPPLEMENT for a reason. It should not be where the majority of your protein comes from. Others have had several suggestions that are great. Just eat more. If you don't have enough calories, then you need to change up your diet…

i'm 28, anyone can add me. You don't NEED exercise to lose weight. It's simply calories in vs calories out. Obviously exercise is GREAT for anyone though for many many reasons, not just losing weight. I'm not trying to lose weight but I exercise. Anywho, let me know if you need any specific help as I do consulting.

anyone can add me as well :)

yes it works. I do this almost every week. sometimes i have calories "left over" on Sunday so I pig out. Sometimes I've eaten too much so I do a fast. it's still calories in vs calories out so as long as you do that, you are fine. But yes, think of it as more of a weekly basis instead of a daily basis. it's exactly how you…

cheat meals make no difference for your weight gain (or loss) as long as you are still within your calorie goal. It's simple in vs out. Now, of course, depending on the what food you are cheating with, it could be unhealthy for you but that is a different thing entirely. I used to be insanely anal about what I ate. But…

all cereals are not healthy but if you simply want to lose weight, it has nothing to do with that. losing weight is about a calorie deficit, not nutrition.

People, you have go to stop feeling so bad about binging. Although, I know how you feel as I used to feel that way. I wrote an article about it. Not trying to spam but trying to help people as I've been through it all. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions: http://goo.gl/o1Pak

Just made it yesterday for the first time. I don't like cauliflower but LOVED the pizza with it.

use legit stevia (there is a lot of crap stevia out there). it's zero calorie and several times sweeter than sugar. It doesn't have the same effect as any other sweetener out there. It's from a plant. I stay away from actual sugar unless it's fruit and even then, I only have fruit immediately after a workout and with a…

Heaviest: 320 Weight now: 165 Goal: Trying to get rid of my loose skin from losing so much weight and that's a long long leaning process. Don't care what the number on the scale says really

I see the binging question often on here so I wrote an article about it. Hopefully it helps: http://www.itsrealfit.com/food/how-to-properly-have-a-bingecheat-mealcheat-day-etc/

I either don't gain or I lose. The cheat meal doesn't have to make you gain weight. It's simple calories in/calories out still. The trick is to schedule your cheat day like this: -eat a little bit less all week and/or -fast the day before the cheat day and/or -fast after the cheat day either way, your net calories for the…

Your BMR is 2153 so I would not eat less than that EVER and that is the absolutely least I would eat. Over the course of the week, you do want to be at whatever calorie deficit your goal is (again, as long as it's not lower than your BMR). I, personally, set myfitnesspal to a sedentary lifestyle and then just add exercise…

everybody different and I used to eat every hour. I now follow the leangains.com approach. Which is fasting and eating all your calories in a time window. I've seen more results switching to this style than when I used to eat every hour. Mind you I still eat the same amount of calories, just during a certain time frame.…
