So glad I found this thread! A couple months ago I had lost about 5 pounds and gotten below 170 for the first time in years!! I've since put on ten. I think it's a combination of getting cocky in my success and also being scared to be thinner because I know how much work it takes to stay there.

At that age, I'd avoid a bottle because that's just one more thing you'll have to wean from. I'd try expressed milk in a sippy cup for awhile and like others said- if you're both doing well with nursing, no need to wean just because your baby turned one. Good luck!

Just curious, why are you weaning? If you're not ready, and your babe isn't ready- why not keep going?

I'm right there with you. I eat every 3ish hours, hungry or not, although I usually am hungry. I've found that feeling hungry gives me anxiety- which I don't understand because I've never been in a position where food wasn't available to me.

Congrats on your new babies and you should be so proud of yourself for breastfeeding twins! If you just signed up for MFP, I believe it asks a question about whether you are breastfeeding or not and takes that into account when calculating your daily needs... if you signed up before getting pregnant/breastfeeding you can…

Me too, if there's room!
