I think if I asked politely and they said, "No, we are using it." I would have probably just backed off and waitted for one to be available. I don't think arguing with them would help any. But, that's just me. You can't control other people, only your own response to them.

I've been there! It is good you are taking control of this now, instead of letting it take over your life like I did. I was a single mom, worked full time, and went to school full time. I know it is hard, but you can do this!

Maybe focus on inches or overall health rather than just lbs, and then you might be in a much better place in 6 weeks. I am just starting out, so I can only tell you what I've been learning, but is looks like you've already been given some good advice here ;)

How about whole milk, and whole fat dairy products like yogurt? I used to watch a little guy who had to gain weight, his nurse recommended lots of things like peanut butter, butter, and coconut oil. He also eats ice cream once a night. I don't know how any of that fits into clean eating?

This is so true. My husband was divorced before, and not one person from his side of the family came to our wedding! My grandparents sat on his side to support him.

Do you know someone who could use them? I like to give to those I know, and if I can't find any, then I donate to the thrift store or freecyle. You never know, your fat clothes, may help someone who is also loosing weight and needs that size! ;)

Maybe you can use the anger to your benefit? Could you use it to motivate you, work through your anger in the gym. Take all that anger out on the equiptment!
