  • Reduce overall body fat % by doing cardio and plyometric exercises and you will see results. lunges,verticle jumps,squad jacks etc.

  • i personaly dislike low carb diets.i'm on a strict 40% carb 40% protein 20% fat regime and ive burned belly and butt fat. The idea is to take complex carbs(like whole-grain,fruits) over simple carbs(like refine sugar and sweets) thats that's the whole philosophy.
  • Well i burn around 400-650 with insanity 600+ on the max interval portion and 400-500 on the others,below 350 on fit test. It all depends on how fit you are the more fit you are the less you will burn(im 8% body fat so i burn less even when i give it my all). Get a good HRM like Ianna suggested, its totally worth it
  • I've finished Insanity and P90X. About Insanity well the name says it all its INSANE but the results are mindblowing. Just remember give it your all and follow the nutrition plan. With insanity my goal was not to lose weight but to get abs,worked great(was really hard to keep my weight the way it is lolz)
