  • I 'm 5'6" and have a small frame and a GW of 108-105 lbs. I was at 108 lbs and looked pretty good (everyone gave me nice compliments for the 1st time in my life) but gained some of it back :( I'm now 111-112 lbs, but with the 30 day shred I hope to break this stupid plateau I've been in!

  • Well said bizzybeemom - we do trip but we'll get right back up! I managed to make it under 800 cal without counting the 2 oranges I ate - since I don't technically have to count fruit ;) Also continuing couch to 5k, .... I'm praying I'll see at least some results from all this!
