Hello, fellow baby spawners! I'm 14 weeks and have a 6,7 & 10 year old. I hear you on the not being able to defend yourself against the "ticker".

Steep some fresh cut ginger(about a half inch chunk or so) in some water add some Stevia and refrigerate. Ginger is great for joints!

Cut them into 1/2 in slices and quarter them. In a big bowl sprinkle them with olive oil, salt and pepper and enough corn starch to just coat them. Bake in oven at 400 for 15 mins and turn, bake another 15-30 mins(until tender).

I will do extra workouts to fit in my beer calories!!! I quit smoking.....I WONT quit drinking! Seems to workout okay.

Fat weighs less than muscle! So you probably gained muscle mass...don't freak. If you're seeing results you're on the right track.

Just remember...she's your Mom and the time we have with eachother is uncertain. You never know what you may see, when you slow it down a little. Kinda like yoga for your soul! I hope you and your Mom find some way to both enjoy your "stroll" in the park.
