  • I usually do something simple such as fresh fruit, 1 serving of organic oatmeal, egg whites, or a low cal cereal and skim milk. Always measure the serving size.
  • Supposedly you are supposed to eat back your excercise calories (which I don't totally agree with). But that's what lots of people say on here. I eat most of them back, but I still try to be a little under the 1200.
