I use lo estren fe. I haven't noticed much gain or loss with it to be honest, but it helps me maintain my period. I had an overactive one for awhile, and this settles it down to a normal schedule. I know on women who experience a normal period, it's likely to make them experience it only 4 months out of the year. Hope you…

I let myself have a sweet or two every day if its within my limit, and I've gone from a size 14 to a 7 in just a few months. I've been where you are, and you can't beat yourself up over having something a little sweet. It's perfectly normal to indulge every so often, just make sure you aren't eating nothing but junk. I…

A fellow hazelnut fan! lol!

Pumpkin Pie Tarts! Or as we like to call it in my house, "Pumpkin Pasties!" A can of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves are what make it so delicious. Then just find a semi low calorie pie crust, and make them much smaller, say about 2-3 inches in diameter, and put a dollop of the pumpkin mix in, and bake! I don't think…

Personally, I go with hazelnut. It smells like peanut butter to me, so it makes me enjoy it even more! If you can' stand drinking your coffee black, I suggest using soy milk or almond milk. About 1/4th a cup of 8th continent plain soy milk is only 20 calories, and you're still getting some calcium. Even if you usually have…

you look beautiful!

Congratulations!!! =D

I made the mistake when I was in high school of eating only 500 to 600 calories every single day. Believe me, you feel like crap and the weight will keep tacking on, no matter what. It's alright if it's one day, you can try a weekly goal if you'd like, but try to reach your goal every day. Just try, if you're within 100 or…

I think that dress will look great! And I'm sure it wouldn't make any problems for the bride.

Thank you everyone! I may try the liquid multivitamins. I've tried several different ways of taking my vitamins. Before my meal, after my meal, during my meal (in my food) but it just doesn't sit right with me. Thanks for all of the advice :)
-
I'm not generally sensitive to caffeine, but I do have a history of being sensitive to multivitamins. Maybe I should try those gummy ones?
-
Thank you, I'm feeling a little better now. There's no possibility I'm pregnant, but that would be a factor, wouldn't it? Anyway, I think I upchucked because I took a metabolism boosting vitamin. I'm not sure why, but it does something a little funky to my insides. So I suppose I should just wing it on the…

Hm. I don't know if I trained myself psychologically to eat less, but its possible. I'll try to add more to my diet, and thanks for the tip Dragon! I was already debating protein shakes, but I wasn't sure since I thought I was getting enough protein as it is. I might ease myself into having my calories by drinking them,…
-
Oh, I had no idea. I usually get about 60g or more of protein in a day. Well, good to know I'm not overloading on protein! Lol
-
Well after tracking my nutrition in MFP, it's been telling me I'm having too much protein. I think I'll try to add more healthy fat into my diet though, I don't get a lot of it. Thanks for your insight! ^ - ^

Really, pineapple? o: I should try and keep some in the house then! Thank you c501, I'll try to drink plenty of water, and make sure I eat all of my calories. :]
-
For a diet soda, I'd recommend trying Blue Sky. They have some organic flavors, and the calorie free flavors use stevia (a natural no calorie sweetner) I think they tasted pretty good, and they have a cola flavor. :3

thanks everyone :3 Oh, and annabaloo, that was a great website! <3

thank you, I'll try to get my calories from exercising back. I'll keep my eyes open at the supermarket for more filling foods for workout days too c:
-
ah, oh my gosh! D: so by not eating back my exercise calories, I'm really not reaching my BMR? I'd rather be safer in the long run than think I'm dropping weight fast. So, does anyone have any advice for gaining those calories back? I'm generally not hungry enough to eat back all of my exercise calories. :c

I'm trying to lose. And thanks for the insight & the luck, SARgirl I think I'm doing okay, I just don't want to hurt myself, or somehow ruin my diet in the long run > ^ <

All natural turkey burgers on wheat buns and cheese thats sliced ultra thin! It lets me still have cheese. C: Oh, and definitely Edy's Antioxidant Fruits Bars. Delicious popsicles for only 50 calories each in this heat? Yes please! <3

I'm not sure if this is a chain of positive influence, or making me really nervous! I'd give you a 9 Titan!

I love food too. But you can still love food and eat healthier. For example, giving up soda usually helps a lot of people cut off easy weight. However, if you really don't want to give up your cherry coke, you can try to work it into your diet. Have just a little bit, like 1 cup, with dinner or something. Make cherry coke…

So sweet and I loved the happy ending! I can't wait to be one of "those girls" too. :3

If you're in that kind of situation, you need to develop an iron will. I was in a house where everything was junk food, so I started putting the money I made toward food for myself. Try not to be tempted, and if your boyfriend is junk food junkie then you need to either get him on board with you, or develop some sort of…

Aww, sweetie. 6 ^ 6 Don't be so down on yourself. No one is perfect, (no matter what the media says), and we're all human. If you feel as though you've hit a place where your totally unhappy with yourself, you need to summon up the will to change it. If there's anything I know, its that the most important thing is being…

I'm in the same situation! But luckily for me, my school has a gym and I have a friend to work out with who keeps me going. I'd suggest you find a pool, and if you don't want to go by yourself (if it's a community pool) make plans with a friend to get out and go! Swimming is a great way to keep cool over the summer and…

Yep! Had to do a double take! > w <

I might have been a bit zealous in my advice, but I'll admit, I found your reply to be really rather rude, despite your preface of "not trying to be rude." So, I'm not trying to pick a fight, but could you not say things like my mother needs to go back to school? I understand the point if you suggest she needs to more on…
