I'll join! :flowerforyou:

Personally I run on an empty stomach every weekend morning. If I have time, I may have a cheese stick (the pull apart kind) just for some protein, but my photo buddy usually helps me with that!

My 20 year old son says skinny because EVERYONE would be hitting on the curvy girlfriend!
-
Whew! So my 1000 calories I had for breakfast doesn't sound so bad! I should run, but after that meal, not sure I can move!
-
Your face is so thin now! Awesome job.. Merry Christmas to you!

You definitely needed long pants on. I ran this morning in long running pants, a lined long-sleeved top with a jogging type jacket. My upper thighs were cold, but the rest was warm. I think it was less than 20 degrees F.

Apparently weight does not matter for the size of clothes. In reading only 1/2 of the posts, I found women the same height (within an inch) who weigh LESS than I do by 30 pounds who wear the same size clothes. I am 5'6" , weigh 167-170 and wear a size 8 comfortably. My goal weight is 160.

You look GREAT!

I think my husband noticed my rear end, since I was running on a treadmill in front of him on an elliptical. Afterwards he said "How much weight have you lost?" (I hadn't told anyone, including him, that I was trying to lose weight)

Turkey burger with BBQ sauce, salad and waffle fries
-
Spicy and salty - thus tortilla chips with pico de gallo!

Four years ago I weighed 225. I lost over 45 pounds over 9 months by running and doing classes at the gym, along with watching what I ate. I had NEVER run before and started out slowly. I now have run one 10 mile race in 110 minutes, but that's the longest I have ever run. Keep it up, slowly. Good luck with the pain.

That's very sad. Too cold here to walk around in flip flops, but close. I'm baking cookies! They're going into the freezer to be given as gifts. I realize that you probably don't want to hear all this, but maybe you just need someone to talk to.

Me too

My daughter just doesn't get why I keep laughing!

I believe that is Boston Cream Pie - not my favorite. I'll take pumpkin, thank you very much - or anything with cream cheese in it. yum
-
Awesome! I run regularly and finished my Turkey Trot in 32 minutes - you're not far behind me!
-
I get Dot or Stef for my name, which is Beth. ok....
-
I have only lost about 15 (ok, I take back the only...) and the guy next to me at work told me that I am an inspiration to him and was wondering why I started to lose weight. I only met him about a year ago, so he didn't know me before I had lost my original 45 from four years ago. I think people at work can't say much…

Cute. Do you know the nutritional content? What did you use for eyes?
-
Think of it this way, the first Twinkie will outlast the company!!

^^This. I believe that if I can lose weight eating the same foods, just less of them, then my weight loss will stay off and my lifestyle will be maintainable.

St. Louis has a winter? Let's try Minnesota!! I learned to run in the snow!

mfp is My Fitness Pal - go to your goals and change the number. :flowerforyou: good luck!

Sometimes you just need to go exercise, even if you don't want to. It always gives me a lift for the day. BTW, your photo looks like the face on my photo - you just can't see it that well! Pretty dog.

ewww... I tried it once before I knew I was supposed to cut the peel off. It was really smoky flavored and I thought it was nasty.

At the bottom of the page where you change your goals is the "change goals" button. Hit that and it should save.

I say it counts because I want bread - all day every day. Of course my bread toppings would change from peanut butter to cheese (think grilled), back to peanut butter, etc..
