12, but they are too heavy for the (level one) arm raises. I also go to the gym and get quite a bit of the same type of workouts there, so I have been inconsistent doing the 30 DS. :ohwell:

According to Weight Watchers, no one gets fat eating vegetables and fruits, therefore they have 0 points. It is completely up to you if you count them. I, personally, do not count my Crystal Light drinks that should be 10 calories per packet.

Good luck with your journey. About 5 years ago I weighed 226. Today I weigh 170 and feel good. I know technically I could weigh less - if only I could get the scale to go down (and not eat like I did today). I wear size 8 pants and skirts. I KNOW you can do it. Keep up the good work!

I take a short break - maybe 1 house length - if needed. Sometimes even if not needed! It also depends on if my running buddy, pictured, needs to take a pit-stop! :) Go with what feels good to you. I don't consider myself a good runner, as my fastest is 11 min miles, but it is a lot more than I could run 5 years ago!

In my Total Conditioning class there are many newbies in good shape, mostly under 1/2 my age (I just turned 49). I am able to complete the whole class, while they stand there unable to go. And this was my second class of the day!
