Count me in! Just over 7 yesterday and over 8 today, so 15 in and 35 to go. Does this include treadmill workouts too? I generally only run on weekends and days off, but go to the gym during the week. I have a "mud run" coming up on the 22nd. I hope that 5k counts too!

My first 5k my goal was not to finish last.. Don't worry about timing. It will come, if not this year, next year.:smile:

TODAY!! I guess I wasn't really hungry, just wanted some oral fixation (don't get in the gutter!). I had crackers and nuts and crap... I think I was just too tired today to care.

If you have time, I just input a recipe for fluffy waffles. I had one and a half waffles and it was only 287 calories, or something like that. Let me know if you can't find it on recipes.

I was with my 17 year old daughter after the Grand March for her high school prom. This lady yells from across the room "That's her mother?" Everyone looked at her and she comes running over to me and said she thought my daughter and I were sisters! I am 48!

Whenever I go to the gym in the morning.. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I only record the Wednesday weight though since that is the day I started with MFP. This way I am using the same scale, wearing the same clothes (a towel) and it is the same weigh-in time each time I weigh myself.

So there's hope for me yet? I exercised like crazy and ate really well, but only lost .8 pounds. I hope to see more when I step back on that scale.
