Congrats!! I'm currently signed up to do TK training next weekend (as long as the required minimum sign up) and was thinking about looking into both HHH and PiYo. Like you said, got to diversify! :smile: Are you going to teach classes?

I only gave up beef and pork and it was purely a financial decision. Seemed that they're more expensive than chicken. But now I eat mostly fish and, well, that's the most expensive. :laugh: I don't go back though because I'm afraid of how my stomach would react.

Like others have said, it's a personal choice. I do not have the ability to eat prior to working out in the AM because I am usually hitting it hard by 4:30. What sense does it make to get up at 3:30 because that is what's recommended? :laugh: I find that my workouts in the early AM are more affected by the quantity and…

Thanks for your responses! I think it's because I've been REALLY itching to do the TK training and try to get it added to my gym's schedule! There are no TK classes locally and I think it's a travesty. :laugh: I love my Zumba so and that training is already paid for so I'm definitely going to that.

I forgot yesterday was water Wednesday. I had 12 cups of water so put me down for the 90 miles. Today is 329 calories for 6.58 miles. tripled is 19.74 miles. I'm fine with being done once the first team crosses the finish line since it seems a lot of us thought this would be over at the end of July.
