Thanks for these recipes. I love Indian food! For the people who can't find curry leaves, you can actually buy them on Amazon, and they freeze very well. If you're in the US, Logee's Greenhouse sells the plants, too. Mine just finished blooming

This one's a favorite of mine: http://fromthegroundupwellness.com/recipes/unbelievably-vegan-baked-tempeh/ This is pretty good too, but I like the one above better: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipe/gingery-garlicky-tempeh And here's my favorite tempeh bacon recipe (although when I'm feeling lazy, Tofurkey's pre-made…

I was a G and the Glamorise and Panache sports bras were my go-tos. I hope you lose those HH's fast! After losing 50 pounds and not an ounce from my chest, I finally gave in and got a big reduction in November. I'm over the moon about being small breasted now, but I sure would've preferred to lose them with the pounds!…

I did Chantix. I know a lot of people have really bad side effects from it, but I was lucky enough to not have any until I'd already stopped smoking. About two weeks after my last cigarette, I did have to give up the Chantix, but it got me through the hardest part. It's been 6 years and I haven't smoked since.

I use the Polar H7 combined with the Polar Loop and it works really well for me. The Loop doesn't hold a charge well at all when you combine it with the HRM - I have to charge it every couple of days - but it does have the sleep tracking you're looking for. I don't mind having to charge it more often because it's…

Hey! I'm 45. When I first starting trying to lose weight last December, it took over a month for the scale to budge. Now I'm down 45 pounds, but the last 20 are coming off an ounce or two at a time. Feel free to friend me and maybe we can motivate each other!

I think that depends on your diet. I'm a vegetarian, so I find them beneficial for that little extra bit of protein and omega-3s. I sprinkle them in soup and yogurt.

My first goal was to lose 40 and I remember how overwhelmed I felt at that number. I started last December and have now lost 45, so I know from experience that you can do it! Feel free to friend me and we can motivate each other

I love Zumba! I just do it at home and try to pop in a DVD at least twice a week. I sometimes have trouble getting motivated to start, too, but once I get going I always have fun with it.

I'm a vegetarian, trying to get motivated to go full vegan. My diary is open to friends, so feel free to friend me if you need more ideas!

I did the whole Isagenix plan maybe 12 or 13 years ago. I lost 25 pounds in about 4 months, and then gained it all back as soon as I stopped. The friend I did it with didn't have as much to lose, and she didn't gain any of it back. My problem was that it didn't teach me how to eat properly, so as soon as I stopped the…

I would love to join - I have about 20 left to lose and could definitely use the added motivation!
