I've been doing the leslie sansone dvds. I've never worked out before, ever! so I needed something easy and it's easy to pick up but I still break a sweat and it's boosted my weight loss. I can only be manage 1-2 miles atm but hoping I'll be able to do more and more as I do it every day!

I just posted about 30ds and then saw this! I started today too, I only got 10 minutes in before it kicked my *kitten* haha Hoping I'll do better tomorrow. Well done to everyone who completed day 1! x

Thanks for this, I think that's a great idea. I'm going to start the 'real' week when I can go the whole 27 minutes and keep trying every day until then x
